1. Using the directory

Information on Explore Jhunjhunu is provided by businesses and users. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it. Please confirm important details directly with the business.

2. Business listings

Businesses must provide truthful information and may only list businesses they own or are authorised to represent. We may edit, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicate or violate these terms.

3. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences. Fake, paid, incentivised, abusive or conflict-of-interest reviews are not allowed and will be removed. Business owners may reply to reviews but cannot remove them.

4. Paid plans

Premium and Featured plans provide additional features and visibility for the stated period. Paid placements are labelled as such. Fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law.
