Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, optional phone number.
• Content you submit: reviews, photos, enquiries, claims and business information.
• Usage data: anonymised counts of profile views and contact-button clicks, used for business analytics.
• Location: only when you explicitly allow it on the “Near me” page, used once to sort results and not stored.

How we use it

To operate the directory, deliver enquiries to the business you contact, prevent spam and fake reviews, and improve the service. Enquiry details are shared only with the business you send them to.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your reviews and update your account at any time. To delete your account, contact [email protected].
